Since the beginning of Conapro's activity, training in the field of Occupational Safety has been understood as a basic pillar.
In the 90s, the need to complement with a Professional training in Height, to the teams Security that we supply. Both our equipment and our training adapt to all industrial sectors, and we are currently pioneers in safety training in the wind sector.
(Accredited Certifying Body) has certified this Training activity of CONAPRO under the training standard of PRL for the Wind Sector (Basic Safety Training Standard) established by the GWO (Global Wind Organization) and accepted by the wind sector as the only standard that regulates the need for basic training. We have 2 approved centers.

OUR TRAINERS
Inerzia Group is made up of three companies with a long history in the wind sector.
Nuevas Empresas de Mélida, (NEM), Servicios Renovables de Navarra, (SERENA) and Comercial Navarra de Protección (CONAPRO), have been operating since 1996.
The deep knowledge acquired during these years and the synergies between them have shaped the VENTUM ACADEMY project.
Our most established professionals have taken a step forward to transfer their knowledge and experience to wind technicians through practical training that encompasses all aspects of working on a wind turbine: technique, safety, ergonomics and efficiency.
RAUL IRISARRI AMATRIAIN
Raul is a Technical Engineer in Electricity and a Master in PRL from UPNA. He has been working at Grupo Inerzia since 2001, first as a wind maintenance technician at Servicios Renovables de Navarra and since 2010 at CONAPRO, COMERCIAL NAVARRA DE PROTECCIÓN, as a trainer in the area of Prevention of occupational hazards.
His real experience as a technician and his experience teaching courses on Working at Height, Load Handling, Evacuation Techniques, Emergency Descent, Use of Elevators... have accredited him as a GWO trainer.
Since he began his activity as a trainer, the students who have taken his courses have rated his professional skills as excellent. Now, in addition to providing GWO training at the CONAPRO OHS Training Center, he will teach advanced rescue courses at VENTUM ACADEMY.
FERNANDO GARCÍA GILBERT
Fernando is a Chemist and Senior ORP Technician, he has been with Grupo Inerzia since 2012, he has always worked at CONAPRO, Comercial Navarra de Protección, as a trainer.
Like Raul, he teaches OSH subjects, he is accredited as a GWO trainer and over the years at the CONAPRO OSH Training Center he has taught courses on Working at Heights, Load Handling, Evacuation Techniques, Emergency Descent, Use of Elevators …
The training provided by Fernando guarantees knowledge of theory and safe practices. Now, in addition to providing GWO training at the CONAPRO OHS Training Center, he will teach advanced rescue courses at VENTUM ACADEMY.
JESUS ZUBIRI
Jesus is a Technician in Industrial mechanics, trained at the Salesians Center and since 2000 has worked in wind companies, always in the Maintenance area.
In 2020 he joined NEM as part of the Design Team for new tools.
Jesús has extensive technical knowledge in maintenance operations and from that point he collaborates in the definition of tools and fixtures, performs pilot tests on the machine and will be in charge of providing practical training in preventive and major corrective maintenance operations at VENTUM ACADEMY.
Jesús Zubiri has been in the wind sector for 20 years, he has a Higher Degree in Industrial Mechanics, a specialist in comprehensive and hydraulic maintenance techniques in wind turbines.
His professional career began in the industrial world but since 2000 he has developed functions as an electromechanical maintenance technician for companies in the wind sector.
Expert in preventive and corrective maintenance operations of a mechanical, electrical and hydraulic type, he can carry out with his eyes closed a change of cardan, change of reducers, change of hydraulic components, change of pitch and inspection of the multiplier and oil sample, among others. . He has worked with Ingeteam, Vestas and Gamesa G52 and G47, G8X machines. In recent years he has dedicated himself to training other field technicians based on his experience and deep knowledge.
